Kalan loved her princess castle. It was truly a work of love for me and my mom. Since we did not have a pattern to follow and I just had an image in my mind that I was trying to describe to her, it was an interesting project.
However, I must say it worked out perfect. It only took us 8 hours to make it. Now remember, this was with no pattern to follow and we made it to fit on a square card table.
Kalan started calling us her two Memes. We had so much fun spending the week with her for her third birthday.
Kalan's birthday cake was a Princess cake with pink ice-cream cone cup cakes. Melissa and I worked on the cake together and Kalan helped me with the cup cakes.
